a. Shipping Destinations:

Nationwide Shipping:
We offer shipping across Nepal, ensuring that our products reach you no matter where you are located.

International Shipping:
We also provide international shipping to selected countries. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary based on the destination.


b. Shipping Costs:

Domestic Shipping:
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and size of the package, as well as the delivery location within Nepal. We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount, as indicated on our website.

International Shipping:
International shipping fees are based on the destination country, package weight, and selected shipping method. Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


c. Delivery Time:

Within Kathmandu Valley: Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Outside Kathmandu Valley (Nationwide): Orders to locations outside the Kathmandu Valley are typically delivered within 2–3 business days, depending on your location.

International: Orders are usually processed within 2–3 working days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination but typically range from 8–12 business days. Please note that international deliveries may experience delays due to customs clearance.


d. Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing begins immediately upon order placement. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


e. Shipping Carriers:
We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure your products are delivered safely and on time. The carrier will be selected based on your location and the best available service.


f. Shipping Restrictions:
Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions in certain countries. If your order cannot be shipped due to restrictions, we will notify you and provide alternative options.


2. Return Policy

a. Return Eligibility: We accept returns for most products within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Personalized or customized products are not eligible for return unless there is a defect in the product. Please note that customers must visit our outlet in person to process any return.

b. How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please message us with your order number and reason for the return. Once confirmed, you must visit our outlet at Paknajol, Chhetrapati, Kathmandu in person to complete the return process.

c. Return Shipping Costs:

Domestic Returns: Since returns must be made in person at our outlet, the customer is responsible for any travel or transportation costs involved, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

International Returns: Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs, customs duties, and any other associated fees.

d. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected at our outlet, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another agreed-upon method within the same timeframe.

e. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and visit our outlet in person to complete the exchange and place a new order for the desired item.

f. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please message us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering a replacement or a full refund. Resolution will be processed upon your visit to our outlet.


4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the order may already be processed for shipment. Please message us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.


5. Warranty & Maintenance

a. Lifetime Guarantee: All products at Royal Class Collection are made from genuine leather and come with a lifetime guarantee. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we offer.

b. Humanfit Products: Humanfit products come with an additional 1-year warranty that includes maintenance service. This covers any manufacturing defects or quality issues that may arise within the warranty period.

c. Other Products: Warranty terms for other products may vary. Please inquire at our outlet or message us for details specific to your product.

d. How to Claim Warranty: To claim your warranty or maintenance service, please message us with your order details and a description or photos of the issue. You will then be required to visit our outlet at Paknajol, Chhetrapati, Kathmandu in person to complete the process.
